Processing & Shipping Times
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following processing and shipping timeframes:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: After processing, shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
Custom or pre-order items may take longer to process. If your order includes a custom item, please check the product description for estimated processing times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, so keep an eye out for special promotions!
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Keepin It Kool is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with your neighbors or household members
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely)
- Contact the shipping carrier for assistance

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Keepin It Kool gear. If something’s off, we’ll help you make it right—no runaround.
Return window & approval

Email contact@shopkik.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
Condition

Items must be unused with all tags attached. Used items aren’t eligible.
How it works

Once approved, ship your item back within 5 days of delivery and include your order/invoice number.

You’ll receive store credit once your return is processed (allow 5–14 business days).
Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense; we don’t accept C.O.D. deliveries.
